Service Description

Traditional, style, barn, (1450sq. ft), open-sided with foot-friendly, rubber, interlock floor. Surrounded by trees at the end of a beach by a spring-fed lake on a privately, owned farm. Building includes electricity, fridge/stove, 128sq. ft serving/bar area, 128sq. ft stage and LED string lights for a magical ambiance. Free parking onsite about 100 metres from the building but you can drive up for drop offs if needed. BBQ, some firewood & portable toilet provided. No running water. Additional BBQs can be rented. 1 portable toilet is provided, total. A couple of tables and 10 chairs provided. You can bring in food, tables, chairs, dj, food trucks, additional portable toilets, hand-washing stations, etc. We can recommend vendors if needed. Firepit seats up to 30. Music needs to be turned down at 11pm, (nearby neighbourhood). Loud bass from dance music will travel so needs to be kept at a reasonable level. Live music is not an issue. Guests can camp overnight for a small charge. We also have two cabins, (2-3 guests in each), on the property that can be rented if available. Due to insurance issues, there is no swimming once it's dark. Inquire about pricing by emailing your event details. Base price is starting point/price and no overnight: $350 is base price for an event during the week, (Sunday-Thursday), with no overnight and $500 is base price for a Friday or Saturday event with no overnight. Larger groups can be accommodated with separate pricing - inquire by email with your event details.
